We are ready for Phase II of our marketing plan in Las Vegas to encompass the fastest growing part of the suburban sprawl. Summerlin, North Las Vegas, Lake Las Vegas all are growing extremely fast with 15 new housing tracts currently in construction. Nearly every brand name you can think of is putting efforts into the area to be the first recognized name to service the demand in the area as new money moves in and Snow Birds decide to stay all summer. More new SUVs driving around town and new shopping centers too. The USPS cannot keep up with new post offices and the school system and school districts are suffering serious growing pains, they have the money from developer fees but must compete for construction workers along with Casino Expansion, shopping centers and Pulte Homes. It is literally out of control growth. And we are seriously going to attack the market. Although no one company could service all that demand for car washes it appears a few will try. We are one of them. We are ready to embark on what most Marketeers consider a "Rocket Ship" as we initiate Phase II of our overall strategic marketing plan for the greater Las Vegas area. From Henderson and Boulder City, through Summerlin, North Las Vegas and Lake Las Vegas there is nothing but growth and increased population and with all the construction lots of dirt on most all the cars. And you thought Las Vegas was only about Casinos and the Strip, well take another look because middle class America is staking it's claim on the Bugsy's Valley. There is a lot more to Las Vegas (Sin City) than gambling, shows, strippers and casinos. There is growth, money flow, housing and economic prosperity, and all this without consideration of any recession. In Las Vegas you would never even know a recession existed unless you pick up a NY Times. Looks good to us. Next time your in Vegas get your car washed and detailed by the Team Yellow.
