PAUL ANDES
The two pictures below are of Paul and his family.
Paul has sold half of his territory to Gino, in the city of Reno, while keeping his franchise rights for Sparks, NV. Gino is a former policeman in Oakland, CA with some great stories if you have the time. Lots of action out there. Gino has a son and a daughter (who just won a cheerleading position at her school). Paul's detail shop has expanded into the Prototype of the new Detail Guys Super Center. Paul will keep his smaller shop to handle all the volume. Before Paul even moved into his new shop he had maxed out the old one. Paul is now looking for a third location to cover all the business. He has had offers to buy his interests in the Sparks, Car Wash Guys franchise and is unsure if he should part with it and be a Detail Guys only company. Paul will be the President of the Detail Guys Super Center when we split that off into it's own separate franchise. He is also looking to partner up with a friend to do a Truck Wash Guys fixed site truck wash in NV. It is hard to say exactly what will course of action this team will move, due to the customer driven nature of Paul's business. We only know that Paul and his team in Reno are aggresive strong and dynamic. They are a group of winners bonded by team spirit. Paul is also a Window Wash Guy, having won a used Detail Trailer in a competition from his Car Wash Guys franchise in 1999. This trailer was converted into a window washing unit and travels the business districts of Reno washing windows for companies involved in Reno's tourism and gaming industry. |
Here
is a picture of Paul Andes' mobile fleet. Paul is also a Detail Guys franchisee with
two fixed site locations pounding out over 450 details a month and that is in the slow
season. Paul is being certified as a training facility and has been awarded the
"Regional Team Manager" master franchise for the state of Nevada. Paul
also has many contracts for power washing of new homes, convenience stores, distribution
centers, casinos, grocery stores and warehouse stores.
Prior
to being in Team Yellow, Paul had a varied career in sales and distribution. In his
spare time, what little of it he has with all the details his fleet performs, he is an
avid photographer. He is even able to combine his hobby with community
service. For promotional events for Easter Seals and March of Dimes, he is there
with his camera in tote, acting as Director of Photography. Paul's kids are Karate
Champions in Reno.
