It includes a wash rig, which can wash virtually anything, anyplace, anytime for anybody. At least that is the goal. The truck and equipment runs approximately $54,000 to $68,000 and with exceptional credit it may be financed through a third party vendor. The franchise fee is $20,000 and cannot be financed. Training is one month in multiple locations throughout the United States. We have very strict qualifications and will not accept everyone. This franchise option will include work in the following market sectors;Awning Washing, Truck Washing, Car Dealership Washing, Aircraft Cleaning, Concrete Cleaning, House Washing, Car Detailing, Tractor, Rail, Industrial Washing, Window Washing as well as many other market sectors. The training is extensive and will vary based on your geographical location. You may choose not to participate in some of these washing fields, but we will retain the right to sell those you do not choose to other future franchisees, co-brands, or independent contractors in your area to strengthen our network of wash services. In this option you can wash cars at offices and homes and small car, pick-up and van fleets. It is primarily a consumer oriented franchise. It is hard work, but there is lots of it. We may not offer this franchise in certain areas due to regional weather or our market domination strategies. Trucks cost $54,000 to $68,000. Franchise fee is $20,000, Trailer units maybe used upon reasonable request in start-up. The trailer costs are $10,500 to $18,000.00, We are looking for crew managers with the UPS, Fed EX mentality and friendliness. It is important that qualified buyers who will not actually run these units provide us with proof that they can recruit and hire these types of people. At least one crew member must be female on the trucks during operations as not to confuse or mislead consumers of car washes. We are offering to accredited investors and owners of parking structures this option so they may provide services to increase their parking stall per car income. Your territory will be limited to those parking structures or lots you own within a geographical region. You will be required to use electronic transactions for customers, which may include a Car Wash Guys Pre-paid Card or other system currently in place at your lot. Each franchise agreement will be customized to fit in to your Special Event or operation. In some cases you may rent a unit for a limited in time, scope and location for a temporary event. This is a franchise limited in scope to fundraising operations in a community. See lancewinslow.org and fundraising. The franchise fee is a one time $5,000 fee. Training is necessary for at least two individuals of the congregation including a youth group coordinator. You will be trained for setting up and running fundraising events. The equipment can be a trailer unit and the cost for non-profits is $8,000; it is a scaled down unit for this purpose. We can also make options on these units for a small additional fee to serve as disaster response units which will allow the tanks to be used for drinking water, and lights and electricity from generators used for power. Also, a spray tip for higher volumes of water to put out fires and a spill containment devise to prevent environmental problems. These extra features will cost approximately $4,000 to $6,000. This way your organization can help its members in case of calamity and in the face of adversity. If there is no Car Wash Guys franchise in your area you may exercise this practice or have first rights to purchase a business for your organization to earn money in the public domain by the use of a clean business. This franchise will be built in accordance with our knowledge and your specifications. We can build special cleaning units and provide manuals and videotapes for training. We can custom build units for off shore oilrigs, military bases, and mining, Also, bacterial Cleaning for possible anthrax or special purpose using our team's knowledge. If we cannot do it we will tell you. Foreign governments (provided there are not trade restrictions on such a transaction by the United States) may buy a unit to clean streets, infrastructure or other purpose. Franchise Fee will be negotiated based on your special requirements and on-going royalties will be based on the support that will be needed. Cities may also buy this franchise to use to clean their own vehicles or facilities on a limited basis and the franchise comes with proper reclaim devises and NPDES permitting requirements, MSDS sheets and OSHA standards package all set up and ready to go. Option #13; Former Military Option.

If your are getting out of the military and we are not able to convince you to continue to serve our country and you have your heart set on your own business then we can make it happen. If you are leaving active duty or going to military reserve status, you qualify for this option. If you are a reserve and are called up we allow you to rent you business to your employees while you are serving all of us. We are the only franchise to give you 1/2 off your royalties if you have served in any of the current conflicts or in the United States Coast Guard. And we will give you 1/3 off your Franchise fee and you can choose from any of the WashGuy Options here or any option from any WashGuys Brand Name.
